Can I be treated in English or Hebrew?
Yes, this is often possible. A number of our therapists speak English or Hebrew. However, it is important that you are fluent in either Dutch or English as a second language. Feel free to contact us for further information.

Is it possible to receive remote treatment/video call sessions?
Yes, this is possible. Feel free to contact us for further information.

Can I pay out of pocket if I am not covered by Dutch health insurance?
Yes. If you do not have a Dutch insurance policy, you can pay for your treatment directly. Feel free to contact us on this matter. If you have foreign health insurance, it may be possible to claim the costs with your insurer. Please check the conditions of your insurance policy before applying for treatment.

I am Jewish and in treatment at another branch of Arkin. What can the Sinai Centrum offer me?
If you are Jewish and in treatment at another specialisation/branch of Arkin, you may have access to the following facilities:

  • contact with our spiritual counsellors (Reform and Orthodox Judaism, see contact details above)
  •  kosher food
  •  amenities for Jewish holidays (e.g. challot or matzot)
